Class actions demand immediate and efficient guidance from an experienced legal team. We have strong experience in all aspects of Canadian class actions.
Our team represents clients in a broad range of class actions. For example, real estate, securities, defective products, wrongful detention and environmental incidents. Plus many others.
Class actions create significant potential liability for a business. They can also generate negative publicity and erode customer and shareholder confidence. More so than most litigation, class actions drain valuable management time and create reputational risk. You need the guidance of an expert team to assist you in navigating these challenges.
