  • Extensive experience in corporate, commercial, contractual, product liability and professional negligence liability claims including class action matters

Construction litigation

  • Extensive experience in industrial, oil and gas, commercial and institutional construction disputes including claims involving product liability, delay and cost overruns and faulty design and workmanship issues

Energy litigation

  • Extensive experience in oil and gas litigation including contractual, joint venture, accounting, royalty, operator and other energy related disputes

Franchise, dealerships and distributorships

  • Provides advice and direction including litigation services when franchise relations break down

Insurance and risk management litigation

  • Extensive experience in insurance & risk management litigation including construction matters, director and officer liability issues and coverage issues and recommendations

Securities litigation

  • Advises in all areas of corporate securities litigation including shareholder disputes, oppression actions as well as civil claims of fiduciary duty, secondary market misrepresentation and other securities-related causes of action

Commercial arbitration

  • Active in domestic and international arbitration proceedings
