Anna is the Director of Legal Talent and Diversity at BD&P. Her primary focus is on talent management, professional development and coaching, diversity and inclusion, and recruitment pertaining to legal professionals within the firm.

Prior to moving into the talent space within law firms, she practiced as an employment lawyer on Bay Street.

Anna has been working in law since 2005 and has spent the last 10 years overseeing talent and operations within large national firms.
