Anna Galanter joins BD&P as Director of Professional Development and Diversity

We are pleased to welcome BD&P's new Director of Professional Development and Diversity, Anna Galanter, to the firm.

Anna brings with her over ten years experience overseeing talent and operations within large national firms. Prior to working in the talent space, she practice employment law on Bay Street.

In her role, Anna will be responsible for the overall management of BD&P's student recruitment strategy and lead the articling and summer student recruitment programs.

She will also manage professional development and mentoring programs for lawyers, be involved in the recruitment of legal talent, and collaborate with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee to support an inclusive work environment and implement firm-wide diversity and inclusion initiatives.
