Breanne Campbell, Karen McPeak and Matthew Benson join BD&P's litigation team

BD&P’s litigation team is excited to welcome three talented lawyers, each bringing a wealth of experience in various areas including commercial litigation, arbitration, civil litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency.

Breanne Campbell joins the firm with over 10 years of experience advising clients on legal matters such as employment, construction, insurance and white-collar crime.

Karen McPeak comes from a national firm where she worked on commercial litigation and arbitration cases involving construction, product liability, energy disputes and class actions.

Matthew Benson arrives from a firm in Ottawa, bringing his expertise in employment, construction, bankruptcy and insolvency, estate litigation and financial recovery loss.
