Associate Lauren Coles joins BD&P’s employment and labour group

Lauren Coles has joined our employment and labour group as an associate.

Lauren was called to the Alberta Bar in 2019. Her practice involves advising employees and employers across industries on a multitude of employment and labour matters. She has experience advising on workplace investigations, severance negotiations, wrongful dismissal claims, and termination and lay-off strategies. Lauren is also accomplished in drafting workplace policies, employment handbooks, and employment and contractor agreements.
