- advising on hiring practices, employment standards, terminations and wrongful dismissals, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, fiduciary duties, workplace investigations, human rights obligations and workplace policies;
- drafting employment agreements, independent contractor agreements and workplace policies and procedures;
- advising on employment issues arising with respect to corporate mergers, sales and other corporate transactions;
- commencing and defending employment related disputes and litigation, including wrongful dismissal claims and human rights complaints;
