David de Groot named in Benchmark Litigation’s 2019 40 and Under Hotlist

Benchmark Litigation has named David de Groot in its fourth annual 40 and Under Hotlist. The publication identifies the most notable up and coming litigation partners in Canada aged forty or younger, and inclusion is based on extensive peer review and case examination.

This year, David’s peers said:

“David is definitely an ‘up-and-comer,’ who should get more attention” insists a peer. “He is appearing on more big cases and becoming very effective counsel.”

David is a partner in our dispute resolution and litigation group and his practice focusses on construction litigation and labour resolution.
