Acted for Blackline Safety Corp. in bought deal public offering of Common Shares for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $12 million through a syndicate of underwriters led by PI Financial Corp. and concurrent non-brokered private placement of Common Shares for gross proceeds of $13 million, for total gross proceeds of approximately $25 million.
