The Amazing Race - racing together in service to the United Way

BD&P is honoured to have been selected as a 2023 winner of the Workplace Excellence Award from the United Way's Community Impact Awards. These awards recognize organizations and community members who are creating a better tomorrow for our city.

Our 2022 'Amazing Race' themed campaign was recognized in the Workplace Excellence category for its innovative approach, employee involvement and an increase in leadership giving and total donations. BD&P's 'Amazing Race' brought the team together to compete through a series of detours, pit stops and check points to be the first team to cross the finish line and raise the most in support of the United Way.

BD&P has been a proud supporter of the United Way since 1996, contributing over $5M through the partnership. BD&P is honoured to be recognized by this award alongside other extraordinary organizations and community members who are creating a better tomorrow for our city.
