Rachel Clarke joins BD&P as Legal Research Counsel

Rachel brings a wide range of experience to the firm, having practiced as both a barrister and solicitor. After most recently acting as in-house counsel on pharmaceutical clinical trial matters in Alberta, Rachel returns to BD&P. Rachel previously worked as an articling student then an associate in our banking team.
Rachel has worked on matters before all levels of Court in Alberta, and has appeared before the Court of Queen's Bench. Rachel’s experience includes corporate and contractual litigation, class actions, seeking injunctions, and private corporation disputes. Rachel has worked on large-scale litigation matters with extensive document production, which has given her an aptitude for e-discovery and streamlining document reviews.
