Mardi McNaughton joins BD&P as Knowledge Management Lawyer

Mardi McNaughton has joined BD&P's Business Law group as Knowledge Management lawyer, with a focus on developing legal resources and further facilitating knowledge-sharing opportunities as well as supporting with significant research and analysis.

Mardi began her legal career at a national boutique Aboriginal law firm where she focused on Indigenous legal issues before moving to a trust company where she worked on a wide range of domestic and cross-border securities transactions, including equity and debt offerings for public and private companies.

Speaking of joining BD&P, Mardi said, “As a born and raised Calgarian, I couldn’t be more thrilled to be joining one of Calgary’s top law firms in this brand-new role.
