Janna Young and Aaron Rogers join the BD&P Partnership


We are pleased to announce that Janna Young and Aaron Rogers have joined the BD&P Partnership effective February 1, 2023. Their appointment strengthens two of the firm's key practice areas, employment and energy. Both Janna and Aaron have a wealth of talent in their respective areas and fulfill the firm's ongoing commitment to supporting our clients with bold and strategic solutions.

Janna joined BD&P in 2017 and has contributed significantly to the growing Employment and Labour practice area. She has a broad employment law practice, which includes providing strategic advice regarding hiring, employment standards, employment contracts and terminations, workplace policies and investigations, departing employee litigation, human rights and employment issues arising in corporate transactions.

Aaron rejoined the firm in 2022 after working in the midstream energy sector for over 10 years in both legal and business roles. His broad experience has provided him with a deep understanding of client needs and how to move projects and transactions forward efficiently and effectively. Aaron's practice focuses on all aspects of infrastructure and project development in the midstream and petrochemical sectors of the energy industry.
