BD&P Welcomes Larissa Roche back to the team!

Larissa Roche has returned to the BD&P team as an Associate. Larissa began her legal career with us before joining a leading offshore firm in Bermuda in 2020. In 2022, she moved to San Francisco to practice at a Tier 1 U.S. law firm. She is returning to BD&P with a wealth of experience.

Larissa represents clients on complex business and strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investments, joint ventures, reorganizations and equity financings. She also advises companies on corporate governance and compliance matters. Larissa works with companies at all stages of development (from start-ups to national and international clients) in a wide array of industries.
